Andy Jones

Andy is a Master Executive Coach and took his first board level role over 3 decades ago. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PWC, Andy had a successful career in financial services and consulting as COO, Finance Director and Transformation Lead.

He experienced the benefits of coaching first hand in 2007, leading him to change career direction and ultimately, becoming a coach himself.

Andy brings extensive experience of the realities of the corporate world and career transition to his work with Partners and C- Suite executives. He particularly enjoys supporting executives at key turning points in their career so that they can thrive and achieve their goals, Andy is recognised for creating a warm, supportive, calm environment, listening attentively and using insightful questioning, challenge to broaden thinking, raise self-awareness and enable deep reflection.

Andy is a former Chair of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS), is an APECS Accredited Master Executive Coach and has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
