With a blue-chip career spanning the law, financial services and the public sector, Katherine brings a great deal of practical experience and people-related insight to every coaching relationship.

Katherine understands transition, having effected change at several points in her career. First from a ‘Magic Circle’ law firm (where she spent time working both in the UK and abroad) to the Financial Conduct Authority; from there into a role on the Executive of Axa UK’s Commercial business; before stepping back presently to focus on her family and other projects. These include coaching and being Vice-Chair of a sizeable charitable organisation – the East End Community Foundation.

As an experienced leader, Katherine’s preferred style is to coach and empower. A qualified Coach/Mentor with the Institute of Leadership & Management. Katherine combines her warm personality with razor-sharp focus, common sense and (where it’s warranted) commercial acumen to support clients in gaining the clarity they need to confidently effect their own change.
